![]() Device for unwinding tape material
专利摘要:
Unwinding arrangement for material webs which are consumed continuously by e.g. packing machines are provided frequently with an arrangement which brakes the roll so that it does not continue to rotate when the unwinding ceases. To made possible a well adapted braking, also in the case of thin, delicate webs or strips and heavy rolls, the unwinding arrangement in accordance with the invention is provided with a manoeuvring arm (8) adapted to be acted upon by the material, which in the event of changes in the web tension presses with varying force a rotatable braking appliance (13) against a brake drum (6) combined with the material roll. 公开号:SU1623564A3 申请号:SU884356896 申请日:1988-11-02 公开日:1991-01-23 发明作者:Лессе Хокан 申请人:Актиеболагет Профор (Фирма); IPC主号:
专利说明:
Phie.1 The invention relates to packaging equipment and relates to a device for unwinding tape material from a roll. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device. Figure 1 shows the device, side view; figure 2 is the same, rear view; FIGS. 3 a device in different phases of the material feed. The device contains a rack 1, mounted on an appropriate packaging machine. The stand 1 is provided with a roller stand 2, which carries the shaft 3, which cantileverly protrudes from the stand 1. On the shaft 3 there are mounted a holder 4 rolls of material 5 and a brake drum 6 with a cylindrical outer surface placed between the stand 1 and the holder 4 rolls. Shaft 3 and drum 6 are mounted with the possibility of free joint rotation when unwinding the material. The device has a brake shoe for contacting the drum 6, which is made in the form of a roller 7 formed from a set of rings 8 made of an elastic material. The roller 7 is mounted on an elastic element in the form of a spiral spring 9 placed along the pivoting lever 10 in the gap between it and the shaft 3 of the holder 4 of the roll, while the diameter of the roller 7 exceeds the distance from the pivoting lever 10 to the generator shaft 3. The pivoting lever 10 spring-loaded spring 11, freely suspended on an axis 12 placed at the axis of the shaft 3, and made at the upper end with an inclined platform 13 for actuation with a brake shoe, a brake drum closing and opening the contact and a cooperative With a locking element 14. The spring 11 of the lever 10 is made spiral and fixed at one end in the adjusting bracket 15, and the other on the axis 16. The rotary lever 10 is connected with a spring 17 to the compensator 17 of the compensator 18, carrying tension rollers 19, which form loops of material with rollers 20 mounted on a rack 1. The device works as follows. The roll with the packaging material 5 is mounted in the holder 4 and the tape of material is passed through successively through the guide rollers 20 and the tension rollers 19. The unwinding of the tape occurs in conditions of a significant change in the speed of the tape stretching, and consequently, during sharp fluctuations of its tension, which directly affects the position of the tie. 17 compensator 18 with rollers 19. When the tape of material 5 is unwound in continuous mode, the roll of material 4 rotates at a constant speed with low resistance to unwinding. The weight and length of the shoulder gi 17 are selected so that the belt of the material alternately moving along the rollers 19 and 20 can hold it 17 almost horizontally, with the brake pad, the roller 7 being in a free position at some distance from the outer surface of the brake drum b, as well as from the supporting platform 13 on the pivot arm 10. In this case, the brake pad does not perform the braking function and the brake drum 6 with a roll of material 5 can rotate freely with the speed of the tape material 5 removed from the roll. When the unwinding speed of the material slightly decreases, the roll of material 5 starts to rotate slightly faster due to inertia, resulting in some excess tape material 5 unwound from the roll, the tape is weakened to such an extent that the weight of the ha 17 drops down (hourly). mounts around the axis 12, and the vertical distance between the guide rollers 20 and the tension rollers 19 increases. As shown in FIG. 3, the coil spring 9 at the same time rotates the brake shoe so that it contacts the outer surface of the brake drum 6, whereby the brake shoe starts to rotate, deforming the ring 8 and creating a small roll resistance, which causes the shaft 3 slows down and the speed of rotation of the web material decreases. Great rolling resistance is a function of belt tension, and when the belt tension is slightly weakened, the coil spring 9 presses the brake roller 7 with great force, pressing it against the brake drum 6 so that the reformation of the rings 8 increases, and therefore and rolling resistance. When the packing wrapper is stopped or for some reason unexpectedly stops, or the consumption of tape material 5 is reduced, the ton ha 17 quickly turns clockwise to the position shown in FIG. 4. The brake shoe is pulled down by the coil spring 9 between the brake drum 6 and the upper end of the lever 10 so that it makes contact not only with the outer surface of the brake drum 6, but also with the bearing pad 13 of the lever 10. Due to this, eaie more brake brake pads and a strong braking effect is created on the brake drum 6. Since the distance between the nearest forming brake drum 6 and the support pad 13 is smaller than the diameter of the brake roller 7, it is possible by vuyuschego slope and shape of the support platform 13 to wedge braking roller 7 is completely between the base pad 13 and the outer surface of the brake drum 6. This allows completely block the brake drum and stop rotation of the roll. This is also facilitated by the fact that the roll rotates counterclockwise and, when in contact with the brake roller 7, tries to move it down towards the stuck position. In this case, even if any superfluid tape material is unwound, its damage in the event of an unexpected stop of the machine is practically excluded. When the machine starts up again, the tape material 5 is consumed, the material tension rises until the tension rollers 19 are raised up and the compensator 18 is not turned counterclockwise again, due to which the brake roller 7 is washed out of its engagement with the reference area and returns to the normal working position, which is defined between the position of weak contact with the brake drum 6 (Fig. 3) and the free position shown in FIG. one. If a sudden increase in the speed of the belt material 5 occurs, the belt is tightened and lifts the tension rollers 19 to the upper position shown in Fig. 5. When this happens, the brake roller 7 comes into contact with the locking element 14, which by means of the coil spring 9 gradually increases the resistance of the compensator 18 to further counterclockwise rotation, which is gently slowed down before the compensator reaches its brake position. As a result, twitching or uncontrolled tension jerks of the tape material are eliminated. As the rotational speed of the roll increases, the belt tension gradually decreases, the compensator 18 rotates clockwise to its normal operating position again. When the proposed device is used in ribbons of a particularly thin and weak material or when rolls of relatively large dimensions and weight are used. the device can be made more efficient and more responsive to unexpected reducing the belt tension by applying a tension spring 11 that tends to act on the lever, causing it to turn clockwise from the central position. The spring 11 is clamped so between the bracket 15 and the axis 16 that, under normal operating conditions (Figs. 1 and 2), it appears directly in front of the axis 12 of the lever 10. In the event of an unexpected decrease in the belt tension, the compensator 18 turns clockwise, the center of the spring 11 is shifted to the left of the axis 12 and the movement of the lever 10 will increase towards the braking or locking position (figure 4). Large coils are also effectively braked in a similar way, which effectively reduces any tensions of tape material. The proposed device, despite The simple and relatively inexpensive design allows an effective braking force to be obtained, consistent with the tension force of the material, which makes it possible to unwind even thin and sensitive varieties of tape from large rolls without the risk of tearing or stretching. The device is particularly suitable for use in packaging machines in which, during the continuous production of packaging containers of packing tape material at varying speeds consume a longitudinally docked tape of thin plastic material. Device wear is very small and it takes a little time to maintain it.
